Contract Recruiter (2-3 Month Project)

A leading National Retirement Services organization in Newport Beach, CA is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter for a 2 to 3-month project. This role requires 100% in-office attendance (5 days a week) and immediate, hands-on proficiency with the isolved platform.

Position Overview

• Role Type: Contract (Temporary, 2-3 Months)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions within the retirement services sector.
• Utilize isolved software daily to open requisitions, track candidates, and manage workflows.
• Partner closely with local hiring managers to align candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage the feedback loop.
• Extend offers and coordinate onboarding setup through the isolved platform.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Must have verifiable, hands-on experience using isolved for recruitment management.
• Experience in financial services, retirement planning, or corporate settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to work completely on-site in Newport Beach, CA Monday through Friday.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate face-to-face with internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• MS Office
• Other ATS experience to include Zip Recruiter
• Pay is $40.00-$45.00 per hour
